Delayed Stat Check Meta Report - December 2022

Hi All,

Today would normally be the slot where we put the Stat Check Meta Report for the month of December, however that is not going to be coming out today. As we have such a limited set of events, and a lot of upheaval due in just a couple of weeks with the new Arks of Omen rules, we are going to be putting a hold on the meta report until we have an idea what the LVO and beyond meta will look like. This may result in there being no report for December if we don't have any news until too close to the event, or if the event is on a very unique meta. The January Report will release the friday following the Las Vegas Open.

In place of that, this week coming we will be releasing a "Players Edition" of the meta report, where we aim to use a similar strategy of using statistics and player judgement to rank the top players in the world right now as a bit of post Holidays - pre LVO fun. You'll have heard all kinds of rankings out of any number of sources but we hope to bring the spirit of Stat Check both in analysis and irreverance to the task and deliver a global rankings that anyone can and should argue with.
